Understanding and versatility are core to how we work with our members, and we feel that’s never been more important than in these times. Our flexible leases grow and adapt to you, and with private office space for 1-20 employees you can find a space that’s just right.

We have been working with members individually to provide solutions to get their teams into the office on rotating schedules. In a post Covid world, we can see now that a team of 15 or 20 people may only need an office space for about 4 or 5 people at any given time. Since businesses are having their teams come into the office on rotating schedules, there is no reason they should be paying for a space for 15 people. We are working with businesses to prevent charging them for the needs or 15 people, but only for the needs or 4 people. This new and efficient system of using office space, saves money and maintains a safe environment for employees.

Members with private offices are also welcome to use the coworking areas at all hours of the day or night, and have complimentary hours for use in the conference room.
